What is your normal turn around time?
Our normal turnaround time is 10 days from the day the order is placed (artwork, sizes and deposit should be finalized at this point). We can accommodate rush orders on certain occasions.

What is your minimum order?
For simple 1 color prints the minimum is 5 pieces but for multiple colors/multiple locations, the minimum is 10 pieces.

Can I mix and match different styles and garment colors within my order?
Absolutely, as long as the design being printed and the ink colors are the same for all the garments within your order you can mix and match as much as you like. If the design is the same but you need to change ink colors there will be a $15 charge per ink color being changed.

Can we see some samples of your work?
Of course! Check out our photos here on the site. If you would like a sample, just let us know.

Will I see a sample before you run my order?
We will send an electronic proof before we begin to print. This proof will show you ink colors, image sizes, and general placement. We will not begin production on your order until we have approval.

Can you ship my order?
Yes, we will ship to anywhere in the United States. Rates vary by location.

What kinds of brands do you offer?
We have access to virtually any apparel brand in our industry. If you want a specific brand, just e-mail us or call for a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through paypal, checks and of course cash.

Can I get names and numbers on the back for our team shirts?
Yes, we can print any name or number to give a personalized look for an additional charge

What types of art files do you accept?
We can usually work with just about any type of art file, even designs that are hand drawn. Below are some common file types that we accept:
Adobe Illustrator (EPS, IE)
Adobe Photoshop (PSD, PPD)
If your file type is not listed above, please send it anyway. We will do our best to convert it into a file we can work with.
